Position: Venue Sales Executive

Outline of Role

To proactively drive venue sales at 15Hatfields by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, nurturing repeat business and building strong client relationships. The Venue Sales Executive will also contribute to marketing activity, including LinkedIn campaigns, digital content creation, social media engagement and client storytelling, to raise the venue’s profile. This role is central to achieving annual revenue targets and positioning 15Hatfields as London’s most sustainable conference and events venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert new enquiries into confirmed bookings across conferences, meetings and events.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, agencies and partnerships.
  • Support digital marketing activity, including LinkedIn and social media content.
  • Contribute to client storytelling and case studies to showcase the venue.
  • Assist in achieving annual revenue targets and business development goals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event delivery and high client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in venue, events or hospitality sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Creative approach to marketing, content and digital engagement.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for sustainability and interest in working with an environmentally conscious venue.

Position: Casual Event Staff

Location: London, SE1

Hourly Rate: £13.85

Contract Type: Zero-Hour Casual Contract

Availability Required: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Immediate start possible)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in conference and events venues or silver service waiting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Clear and effective communication abilities
  • Dedication and strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet
  • Knowledge of food safety, health, and safety protocols (an advantage but full training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with AV equipment (an advantage)

The Role:

As a casual worker at 15Hatfields, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, including manual handling of chairs and tables
  • Servicing meetings and events, including setting up catering and beverage stations and maintaining cleanliness
  • Re-stocking beverage stations as needed
  • Responding promptly to management and client needs
  • Assisting with bar service and canapé receptions
  • Serving at silver service dinner functions
