Through the lens: Net Zero Lighting Conference in pictures

Experts in lighting and sustainability assembled at 15Hatfields for the Net Zero Lighting Conference 2024.

On 2 May, we welcomed 120 delegates to our Elements Suite for a series of plenary and panel discussions focused on the decarbonisation of manufacture in the lighting industry. The conference was organised by the Lighting Industry Association (LIA) and Recolight to discuss practical steps for lighting manufacturers to reduce carbon emissions.

LIA and Recolight were committed to leading by example in all aspects of the event. As such, sustainability was an extremely important factor when it came to choosing our venue. Close proximity to mainline and underground stations was also essential to encourage the use of public transport.

Key venue considerations also included quality AV equipment and technical support, as well as early set up with access to event spaces the night before. LIA and Recolight made the most of screens throughout our plenary and catering areas for presentations and promotional videos. They also hosted engaging Q&As, taking advantage of our comprehensive PA system.

We were thrilled to host LIA and Recolight's vital event which explored topics including sustainability in product design, data gathering and analysis, and engaging with supply chains and customers.
