15Hatfields celebrates venue expansion into lower ground floor

This year is all about growth and we've got some exciting plans in the pipeline, starting with the literal growth of our central London events venue.

We've expanded our events offering to open up an entire new floor of hireable space, increasing the venue's capacity by a further 300! As enquiries and bookings soar for in-person events again, we want to be able to cater for the additional demand and are therefore delighted to be hosting events on both floors from February 2022.

The beauty of the new event space is that it offers a blank canvas for planners to set the stage and transform the room into any magical event backdrop, with additional break-out spaces for event catering, meetings and networking events. Exhibitions

We know that exhibitions can be complex to configure and when you’re wanting to add an element of group networking into the mix, you don’t need the stress of trying to change the layout of a room mid-event to allow for different sessions that fit your entire delegate list. Hiring both floors of the venue for one event means two equally spacious settings to set up as you please.

Conferences

As well as hosting your conference sustainably (which goes without saying at 15Hatfields), you can also host it efficiently with flexible event spaces across both floors that each offer conjoining breakout rooms. Seating and staging can be set up as required with large doors to allow easy access for equipment and furniture. Our new hybrid events technology and superfast Wi‑Fi means reaching delegates near - perhaps just on the floor below you - or far - across the country and beyond through virtual live-streaming.

Private receptions

There's an air of exclusivity about the lower ground floor that lends itself to private functions and drinks receptions. Access is granted through the ground floor and therefore the only people in the event space are you and your guests. With bright, freshly painted ceilings and walls and a clean interior, the space is ready to be themed to perfection.

The combination of increased capacity and high-tech hybrid solutions at 15Hatfields will vastly extend the options for eco-driven event planners and delegates attending events in London, with remote international reach.
