Replacement event CPD certificates

All our members must undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD); unless student, associate and retired grade.

One way CPD can be earned is by attending our events. Our standard requirement is 20 hours CPD per year; but Accredited Associate Members need 10 hours and Chartered Members need 30 hours.

You will receive a CPD certificate from us at the end of each attended event day. It is your responsibility to ensure you collect and keep these safe, as proof of attendance.

If you need a replacement CPD certificate, please email events@cieh.org with:

  • Your name
  • The event name and date
  • Your telephone number

Replacement certificates cost £12 each, to cover administration and postage. Once you have submitted your request, a member of our team will call to take payment by credit or debit card within five working days. We cannot post any replacement certificates until payment is made. These same rules apply for replacement EHRB certificates received after successfully completing the Understanding and Applying HHSRS course.

Unfortunately we cannot issue replacement CPD certificates dating back more than three years.
