Online booking system - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

When booking onto an event via the online booking system please be sure to have the following items:

  1. Your own log in credentials – Username and Password
  2. An email address for each delegate you wish to book. If the delegate is a CIEH member or registered trainer please use the same email address that is associated with their membership.

General Advice

If your computer freezes when you have selected the type of booking, click the compatible button, which is located on the right of the address bar, (1) it looks like a torn piece of paper. If this button is not visible then select 'Tools' on the command bar and 'Compatible View' (2)

Top 3 asked questions

How many places can I book? 

There is a preliminary limit of attendance on all FSA training, whereby one delegate from each local authority can attend a training day. In the event of places remaining after the preliminary confirmation additional delegates from local authorities will be added to the delegate list, this w ill run on a first come first served basis.

How do I cancel my place? 

To cancel your place please email to provide a written cancellation or a request to transfer is received 5 working days prior to the start date of the event.

What happens if I do not attend? 

All delegates that are deemed no shows will be unable to attend any future events. A no show is somebody who does not inform us of their non-attendance prior to the event start date.
